Welcome to ElearningMojo. My name is Eboni DuBose. I've been in the learning field for over eight years. After joining Teach for America after working as a chemical engineer, I taught middle grades science for five years. My experience using technology to enhance student learning led me to begin offering training sessions that showed other teachers how to use technology in their classroom. Who am I
My job is to help clients pinpoint the performance problem. After tying this problem back to your business goals, I work with you to identify "why" your people aren't performing. This could be a training issue (lack of skills) or it could be a non-training issue ( lack of feedback systems, incentives, tools/resources/job aids).Though training is many times thought as the ONLY solution to problems, many times there are EASIER, CHEAPER and more EFFECTIVE solutions (you betcha I can help you with that!)
